Maui Business Park, located in Maui’s prime commercial area near Kahului Airport and Kahului Harbor, encompasses 180 acres of land with over 843,000 square feet of commercial/retail establishments and over 77 acres of light industrial area. The development is currently home to businesses such as Lowe’s Home Improvement, Target, BMW, Servco Lexus, Costco, County of Maui, and American Savings Bank.

ATA provided the traffic engineering, civil design, land surveying, and permit approval services for this project. Infrastructure improvements included highway improvements and a new signalized intersection, as well as a separate non-potable water system for irrigation.
