This exclusive 1,022 acre master planned community is comprised of 1,300 residential units, an 18-hole golf course, as well as resort and commercial sites. ATA’s design blends beauty with functionality, finding ways to incorporate the necessary infrastructure with the beautiful landscape and atmosphere of Kukuiʻula. From master planning to design and construction, ATA and KDCH’s shared vision to create a place that embraces family while combining simplicity with indulgence has been in the making for nearly 20 years.

ATA served as the primary engineer for the design of all major backbone infrastructure, which included County Bypass roads, water reservoirs, utilities, wastewater pump stations, drainage channels and basins, bridge and culvert work, dam reconstruction, roundabout and interior residential subdivisions. Along with master planning, ATA served on the entitlements and community outreach team.
