Pearl City Gateway was a redevelopment project located at the former Navy Warehouse Facility near the Pearl Highlands Center and Walmart. This $26-million project became a 142,265 square-foot retail complex, home to over 20 retail and food establishments such as T.J. Maxx and Petco.

As the prime consultant, ATA was responsible for the design, land surveying and traffic impact study of the new site building configuration, utilities, drainage, and parking lot. In addition to the on-site design, ATA also designed the off-site roadway improvements and managed the team of professionals who provided the surveying, landscaping, geotechnical, fire protection, and environmental services.
