Tak has been the Director of IT at ATA since 2007. Prior to working at ATA, he was very experienced as an IT administrator with over 13 years in the field. Tak oversees IT operations, leads team of IT staff, designs and implements IT strategies and infrastructure, identifies and eliminates security risks, analyzes business requirements for IT needs and systems, works to increase user satisfaction, evaluates IT operations with regard to established goals, and communicates within the IT team and across departments as needed. As ATA’s IT Director, he always ensures that all employees have the technology necessary to do their jobs in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

Tak is involved in his personal community and enjoys giving back to the community. As a member of MLH, he has volunteered his time at Kahauiki Village, a community with the goal of providing long term permanent housing for homeless families. He also enjoys hosting and helping at Sunday School, volunteering in general, fishing, and yoga.
