Paul began his engineering career in 1995 when he joined ATA upon graduating from University of California, Davis. Paul’s civil engineering experience is diverse as his past projects have included site development, subdivision design, parks and facilities, infrastructure and utility work, environmental design, and construction administration. Although his projects cover a variety of civil engineering disciplines, his team specializes in accessibility requirements and ADA design, traffic calming, as well as rehabilitation and widening of streets.
Matching his diverse experience, he also has a broad range of clients such as the City and County of Honolulu, Department of Hawaiian Homelands, State of Hawai‘i Department of Transportation, Hawai‘i Public Housing Authority, and Hawaiian Electric Company to name a few.
Paul is an `Iolani School graduate and all three of his kids have either attended or currently attend `Iolani as well. During his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with family, hunting, spearfishing, fishing, bodyboarding, and cooking.
