Moises has been with ATA since 1975. As a Designer, Moises has prepared the civil design of numerous commercial developments and has been essential in assisting ATA’s Engineers with the preparation of their construction plans and drawings.

Throughout the years, Moises worked on a number of projects that included some well-known sites such as Maui Community College, over 6 Walmart stores in various locations, and Pearl City Gateway.
