2023 HCES Young Engineer of the Year

ASCE Hawai‘i Section YMF congratulates our very own Claire Fukuoka Tsuha as she has been awarded this year’s HCES Young Engineer of the Year! As many of you know, Claire is currently serving as YMF Past-President and has been an integral part of our Hawai‘i Section YMF for a number of years serving on the executive board and committee chair.
