Kyle Shinyama, P.E. Senior Project Manager

 

Kyle joined ATA as a civil engineer in 2010. As an ATA project manager, Kyle is responsible for overseeing and managing projects primarily related to site development, roadway infrastructure, bridge, DoD, federal-aid and school projects. He has worked with a variety of clients ranging from private developers and schools to government agencies such as the State of Hawai‘i Department of Transportation and Hawai‘i Public Housing Authority.

A Maui native, Kyle originally started at the ATA Maui office as an intern prior to graduating from University of Portland. During his free time, Kyle likes to play pickleball, basketball, and golf, and enjoys running with his dog and spending time with his daughter.
