Ken has over 25 years of experience in accounting and joined the company in 2014 as ATA’s controller. He oversees accounting functions such as payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable, prepares financial statements and budgets, manages cash and debt service, ESOP and 401(k) administration, and coordinates tax and financial reporting matters with the CPA’s. He’s been instrumental in the implementation of ATA’s Accounting and Project Management Software conversion, digital Payroll conversion, and the formation of the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Ken’s personal interests include tennis, pickleball, cooking, music, gardening, and playing with Pickles his cat.
