Kelcee began her engineering career in 2016 as a transportation engineer at ATA. The challenge of fitting a rapidly growing population in a limited amount of space intrigued Kelcee and led her to become a Traffic Engineer in Hawai‘i. Kelcee’s project experience includes preparing Traffic Analysis Reports, Transportation Management Plans, and Construction Management Plan Reports.
During her free time, some of Kelcee’s interests include playing pickleball, cooking/baking challenging recipes from scratch, and playing with her dog.
