Justin “Chip” Lapp, L.P.L.S. Senior Project Surveyor

 

Chip is a Senior Project Surveyor on Maui. Originally from Maryland, Chip moved to Hawai‘i and began working at ATA in 2002. As a commercially certified drone pilot in the U.S., Chip uses drones to enhance ATA’s land survey projects and to take unique photos of the projects before, during, and after construction.

Chip is involved in the professional surveying community through HLSA , NSPS, and the State of Hawai‘i Land Court. His personal interests include art, history, archery, hiking, hunting, fishing, surfing, and gardening.
