Julia joined ATA’s civil engineering section in 2021 and had two years of full-time civil engineering experience prior to joining the ATA team. Originally starting as an intern at the ATA Maui office back in 2017, she eventually returned to ATA as a full-time civil engineer in the Oahu office. Her experience includes a variety of projects ranging from site development to utility work to subdivision design.

During her spare time, Julia enjoys crafts such as drawing, graphic design, printmaking, and lei-making; watching and playing sports; spending time with family, friends, and her dog.
