Jeffrey started at ATA in 2021 after relocating back home from New York, where he completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees in civil engineering.  During his time at ATA, Jeffrey has worked in ATA’s transportation section on traffic signal design projects and traffic impact analysis reports for various private developments.

Jeffrey enjoys playing video games and golfing.
