Evan joined ATA in 2021 upon completing his undergraduate degree in civil engineering at the University of Portland. During his time at ATA, Evan has worked on projects related to parks and facilities, subdivision improvements and development, roadway rehabilitation, and ADA design.

Evan enjoys fishing, golfing, hanging out with friends, and spending time with his dogs.
